Barr Engineering’s Building Services Department provides clients with as much or little support desired by a specific customer. We use computer-managed air conditioning maintenance and service programs that schedule up to one year in advance. This early scheduling strategy allows Barr to anticipate needed services to ensure our client’s systems run smoothly at peak-performance.
The Building Services Department keeps our customer database up-to-date. This system provides BARR’s technicians with detailed customized work orders and with specific maintenance tasks for the buildings air conditioning equipment requirements. The computer management programs also provide service activity reports, which summarizes the annual maintenance and services completed by BARR.
